Your Next Salad 🥗


We just got done eating one of the tastiest salads we’ve made yet. It’s not complicated. It’s not fancy. But it’s delicious and is very budget friendly.


Ingredients:

-1 Chicken Thigh (cut and pan-fried/grilled)

-1/2 Can of Chickpeas (pan fry)

-Half Head of Romaine Lettuce

-1/3 Cup Feta Cheese

-1/2 Green Pepper (chopped)

-1/4 Cucumber (chopped)

-1/2 Stalk of Celery (chopped)

-1/4 Cup Carrots (chopped)

-Your favorite Vinaigrette (we used a roasted garlic vinaigrette)


Simply top your bed of lettuce with the above ingredients. Then, top with your favorite vinaigrette. A super simple and easy-to-make salad, that provides good nutrition to fuel or refuel any day or challenge! Enjoy!
