Start Your Morning Right



Here is a very simple smoothie recipe that is our go to in the mornings when we’re not looking for something super heavy, but do want something that is fresh & sustainable for our bodies.


- Tropical Vanilla + Greens -

1 cup of mangos

1 cup of strawberries

1 cup of blueberries

1-2 cups of spinach

1 serving (scoop) of plant based vanilla protein

*4 tbsp of flax seed

*1/4 cup of Bolthouse Green Goodness


* = optional [ we use it when we have it ]
