Being huge foodies ourselves, we found that there were so many tempting options that sounded good, but didn’t make us feel good or line up with helping achieve our personal goals.
About two years ago we started making some basic meals that we thought were healthy enough to sustain our super active lifestyles, but something was still missing.
We started getting more serious about what we were putting into our bodies by tracking some of the meals we were eating. Personally, I found I was taking in way too much sodium and not enough carbohydrates or fats.
