Group training is designed for athletes of any sport looking to follow a general program aimed towards accomplishing a similar goal. Ideal for athletes interested in less 'specialized' training. The daily focus usually covers a wide-range of aspects such as speed, change-of-direction and lateral quickness, strength, power, coordination and general conditioning. Group sessions provide an excellent environment for athletes of any sport to connect with others and develop key aspects of performance while having two coaches available to instruct and lead! **For school teams and clubs, contact us for a custom rate.
