This meal plan is great for busy people that are on the go and would like to “meal prep” with healthy, yummy foods, but without the huge baking session on Sunday. Below, there is a grocery list that is aligned with the meals I wrote out for each day. Tailor the amounts of food you buy to the number of people in your household, and use this list to shop! You will be set for the week. The dinner you cook each evening will double as a lunch meal for the next day during the week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunches and dinners all vary. Also, there are a lot of options, such as the 5 smoothie recipes, just so you have a wide variety of options; Don’t feel like you have to buy every frozen fruit! You don’t have to be exact with everything on the grocery list, as this is is template for you, so have fun with it! But by all means, do try them all...these are a few of my personal favorites.
