FALL STRENGTH & SPEED PROGRAM

Our fall program will prepare athletes for the demands of their sports by focusing on key aspects of training such as strength, power, speed/agility, and flexibility. We will also teach the athletes what it means to recover optimally; and the techniques that get you there.


At the beginning of the program, each athlete will be assessed to determine their individual strengths and weaknesses. Throughout the summer, we will challenge each athlete to be better than they were the previous session. 

If your kid is currently in-season for sport; we would still love to work with them to maintain (not lose) strength throughout their season! We will adjust the training intensity around competitions, hard practices & fatigue for athletes that are in-season.

At Total Body Works there is also specialists and recovery modalities in the building as well. Including, a chiropractor, massage therapist, athletic trainer, physical therapist, ARP Wave, Hyperice Normatec, and more.

Dates: September 13th - October 27th (14 sessions)

Time: 5:30-7:00pm

Location: Total Body Works (5606 N. Union Blvd.)


Cost: $500 (~$35 per/session)

1st Payment: $250 due September 13th

2nd Payment: $250 due October 11th

We accept cash, check (written out to Total Body Works), credit card or Venmo

NOTE: Registration form, Waiver (at Total Body Works) and payment are due the first session!
