Originally both from Traverse City, Michigan we both were heavily involved in sports growing up. Ultimately, we both attended Aquinas College to further our education and expand on our career's in Track and Field. At Aquinas, we both earned bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and achieved a combined total of nine NAIA Track & Field All-American Honors. We both continue to compete post-collegiately in the sprint events, ranging from 60m-400m. ​

Since moving to Colorado Springs, we have been fortunate enough to develop many key connections. This has lead us to be involved with many high schools and club sport organizations including:

• The Classical Academy - Girl's Basketball, Softball, and Girl's Flag Football

• Palmer Ridge High School - Girl's Basketball​

• 7070 Athletics 

• Rip City - AAU Basketball

• Rampart High School - Boy's Basketball

 We also have been grateful to work individually with athletes from elementary to collegiate-level in various sports including basketball, volleyball, baseball, football, track and field, soccer, and air rifle shooting. ​​
